Q: Is my credit card number safe online?
A: We use industry-standard 128-bit encryption when you place your order. Your credit card data is also only stored as long as necessary to process the payment and then it is automatically deleted.

Q: Why does Dolfingers deliver gift registry items directly to the recipient rather than to me?
A: We do this as a courtesy to those who have a gift registry in our store. By delivering these gifts directly to them, we are able to ensure that every piece arrives in perfect condition, and that the registrant has complete control over the delivery timeline, location, and process.

Q: I would prefer to talk with someone about my gift ideas...can I call you?
A: We love (even prefer) to talk with you in person or over the phone. We have set up this website for those who prefer the convinience of online shopping, but we enjoy the chance to get to know you and discuss your preferences and ideas.
